نحن نرغب في أن تكون راضياً تماماً عن مشترياتك من مكتبة سام

. إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن مشترياتك لسبب ما كضرر في المنتج..، يمكنك إعادة إرسال الطلب.

إعادة الإرسال ممكنة حصراً اذا كان الطلب ضمن المانيا 

رسوم إعادة الإرسال (الشحن) على المشتري  

  فترة الإرجاع: يمكنك طلب إرجاع في غضون 14 يومًا من تاريخ الشراء.

المنتجات القابلة للإرجاع: تنطبق الشروط التالية لأن تكون المنتجات قابلة للإرجاع:

• يجب أن تكون المنتجات في حالتها الأصلية، غير مفتوحة وغير مستخدمة
• يجب ألا يحمل المنتج أي علامات أو كتابات أو أضرار.
• يجب أن تشمل المنتجات جميع التعبئة والعلامات والإكسسوارات الأصلية.

العناصر غير المؤهلة للإرجاع: العناصر التالية غير قابلة للإرجاع:

• منتجات حصلت عليها في فترة التخفيضات

بعد استلامنا لطلبك سيتم فحصه وعند التأكد من أن الطلب بحالته الأصلية سيتم إعادة ما دفعته لقاء الطلب خلال 7 أيام من استلامنا الطلب.

نوصيك دائماً باستخدام خدمة توصيل مسجلة. سنقوم برد الأموال بنفس طريقة الدفع التي استخدمتها في الشراء.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Sam's Bookstore

. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for some reason such as product damage, you can resend the order.

Resend is only possible if the order is within Germany

Re-shipping fee (shipping) is on buyer.

Return Period: You can request a return within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Returnable Products: The following conditions apply for products to be returnable:

Products must be in their original condition, unopened and unused
The product must not have any marks, writings or damages.
Products must include all original packaging, tags and accessories.
Items not eligible for return: The following items are not returnable:

Products you got during the sale period
After we receive your order, it will be examined, and upon ensuring that the order is in its original condition, what you paid for the order will be returned within 7 days of our receipt of the order.

We always recommend that you use a registered delivery service. We will refund the money to the same payment method you used for your purchase.
